Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted through the registration system.
Cancellations received at least two (2) weeks before the event start date will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred within the same organization for a processing fee of ¥6,000 if requested by February 1, 2026.

If the event is cancelled by Digital Garden Japan (excluding Force Majeure), registration fees will be refunded within 60 days.
No refunds are provided for no-shows. Requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure

If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, registration fees will be refunded. No additional compensation is available.
